Nature Adventure in Loxley Valley
8+ year olds
Saturday 28th June
10am-2pm

  • An exploration walk along the nature-filled Loxley Valley in between streams and meadows, including setting up the trail camera to film wildlife, setting up camp with the hammocks, searching for river creatures with nets etc, building mini-rafts, looking for butterflies, and any other spontaneous fun as it arises 🦔

  • Drop-off and pick-up will be at the footpath entrance on the right-hand side on the driveway down to Loxley Park retirement village.

This is a child-only camp so parents and guardians cannot stay for the activities - we invite you to take some time for yourself while your children are learning and having fun.

    • Bring a packed lunch. We will provide some light snacks (vegan) and fruit.

    • Bring a filled water bottle.

    • Wear clothes that they don't mind getting messy – the camp takes place outside for the whole day so please make sure your child(ren) are dressed warmly enough.

    • Wear sturdy shoes and socks - wellies could be an option, or a spare pair of socks.

    • Bring a raincoat.

    • We would suggest that your child doesn't need to bring a phone and we will be asking children who do have phones to leave them in their bags except during the lunch break. This helps the young people truly immerse themselves in the activities and the fun & calm of spending time in nature. If you'd like to contact us, please call Cam directly on my mobile 07774 954 246.

  • We want to make Cam’s Camp financially accessible. So we're offering 2 price options.

    • For those who can afford £20 per child we would be very grateful if you're able to pay this amount as it's what we need to cover the costs of running the camp.

    • However, we'd love for as many young people as possible to have the opportunity to take part, so if this is not affordable to you, you have the option of paying £10 per child.

On the Stripe payment link (click the “book” button above), select quantity (qty) “0” for the price you don’t want to pay.
